How do install the chestpiece cover on my stethoscope?
Step 1: Align the silicone cover with the larger opening facing up. The small hole should be at the bottom, aligned to the charging cable port on your device.
Step 2: Stretch the cover around the rim, starting with the small hole on the bottom. Adjust until it sits firmly around your device.
How do I clean the chestpiece cover?
We recommend using a 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) wipe to clean your cover as needed. The cover should be completely dry before placing back on your CORE 500™.
What is the return policy?
We guarantee you'll detect heart and lung conditions more confidently using Eko. If not, return it within 75 days for a full refund — just contact us and we'll take care of you.
Are Eko products CME/FSA/HSA eligible? How do I get reimbursed?
Stethoscopes and accessories from Eko may be eligible for HSA (health spending account), FSA (flexible spending account), HRA (health reimbursement arrangement), or CME (continuing medical education) purchase and/or reimbursement.
You can use your benefits card at ekohealth.com for qualified purchases. For proof of purchase:
- Save your order confirmation email as a receipt.
- Visit account.ekohealth.com to look up and print your order details.
If your eligible card is declined or doesn't work at ekohealth.com, you can:
- Use a different payment method and contact your system administrator for reimbursement information.
- Shop Eko products at the fsastore.com or hsastore.com stores.
